Come and enjoy a 4 day, fully catered luxury experience at Haven Lodge in Wanaka. Spend your time learning about your unique biology - and the best bit - there’s no chores, no interruptions - just time to focus on you.

Pre Arrival

Before you arrive we will chat with you to assess your biological profile so we can begin tailoring your experience from the moment you have booked.

Learn

Throughout the four days, you will discover how your unique biology influences your health and everyday life. We will explore how it impacts your diet, social interactions, environmental needs, movement, and so much more!

Experience

We will use practical sessions to easily and enjoyably explore how your habits can support your optimal mental, physical and emotional health. These sessions are a fun and safe way to see how your biology impacts every aspect of life.

Plan

During our time together you will be building skills and tools in a way that harnesses your new habits and behaviours. At the end of the getaway you will have a plan that will enable you to continue working in harmony with your unique biology when you return home.

A typical day

Each day will be a little different, but they are crafted to nourish your mind and body, with a balance of input and relaxation to suit.

Our aim is to make each day perfect, just the right balance of thinking, doing, chatting and moving.

  • Personalised Breakfast prepared by our in-house chef based on your nutritional needs. This also a time to try new morning routines and habits.

  • Our sessions will be of activities and experiences based around the core foundations of personalised health; Movement, Nutrition, Social, Environmental and Mental Health.

  • Our chef will be showcasing her fabulous meals, using local ingredients, with dishes designed to meet your biological needs

  • It could be an in-house massage, cooking lessons with chef, a lead exercise or relaxation session, or a trip on the lake to soak in the glorious natural environment

  • We’ll have tea in the afternoon and have an opportunity to talk to gain deeper insight into your biology and how to apply your new skills, This may be 1:1 with Claire, or as a group if that works better - either way we’ll leave the space for these conversation through the 4 days.

  • Chef will be back with a table full of fantastic local produce, this is a great time to get together and process the day and to learn from each other.

  • Each evening will be a little different, but our time will be used to talk about our learning and a chance to practice some new skills. This is perfect a time to ask questions and learn from each other. Depending on the day you could be receiving or giving wisdom. Either way, this is a great opportunity to discuss your experiences of the day.

    Bringing decades of experience dedicated to enabling people to thrive. Claire is a multifaceted healthcare expert and educator, a physiotherapist, a coach, and a mentor. As the founder of Applied Movement, Claire engages in personalised health and performance consultations, while also spearheading transformative programs for businesses, individuals, teams and relationships,

    Claire is your go-to problem-solver! Her advice is like a trusty compass – always based on solid facts. Claire has the perfect mix of confidence and independence, making her the best of both worlds – logical and imaginative. Her role is to guide and support your health journey over the 4 days and beyond.

    LODGE HOST

    Jess will make your stay at Wanaka Haven simply perfect for you, she has an eye for detail and a gift for hosting. She will have things sorted before you have ever realised you might need to ask. Nothing is too much trouble and you will be challenged to find anything that is not already exactly as you would like it. Jess will be there to help and answer questions during our time together. She will be planning your accommodation experience to align with your biological profile and make sure you have everything you need.

    A qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Genomic Chef and CHEK certified holistic health coach.

    Her culinary artistry is fueled by a genuine love for crafting exquisite dishes from the finest ingredients. Leading up to the getaway, Yvonne will be passionately scouring local sources for fresh herbs, leaves, and spices, as well as masterfully baking to ensure our feasting is extraordinary. As a certified Personalised Health Coach, Yvonne's expertise adds a new dimension of precision to your nutrition, and she's brimming with invaluable tips and tricks to elevate your relationship with food in every aspect.

If travelling solo, we will use your biological profile to match you with the perfect person.

Private Room

We have a limited number of private rooms, these are available on a first come first serve basis.
