Our services

1. Discovery Process.

Who is it for?: If you are ready to understand your unique health needs so you can live a more sustainable, enjoyable and healthy life our Discover Process is for you as It’s the best way to start your personal health journey.

What’s involved? Over three sessions we will explore your priorities and goals with a full health strategy assessment. You will receive a personal health manual that gives you the answers you need and the confidence to take action based on an understanding of your unique health needs.


2. Implementation.

Discover the type of person you are and how it is central to succeeding in your health and life goals.

This is for you if you are curious about personalised health and how it works. If you have tried things and realised they don’t work and you’re not sure why or what to do instead. Or perhaps overwhelmed by the number of options available. This session will introduce the answers for you.

In this 60-minute session, you will learn about your own biological code from a mini-assessment, define your health goals and understand the principles of where to start to achieve them.

For anyone who does this introductory session and would then like to do our Discovery Process, the $150 will be discounted from the Discovery Process cost.

Who is it for? For those who have completed the Discovery Process and want to start implementing changes that will enable them to establish sustainable long-term health by taking the theory into action and seeing the results.

What: A personalised 8-session program that takes your unique biological code and supports you to build the skills and habits that your body and mind need to support long-term sustainable health and performance.


3. Mastery.

Who is it for: For those who have established a baseline of sustainable practices but are seeking to dive deep into mastering their biological code across all areas of life.

What: Having mastered the fundamentals of your life, this mentoring and coaching-based process takes the next step by exploring your thinking and habits and addressing your goals. With continuous support and accountability, we reveal where you have got stuck in the past and why.

In the Mastery process, you will learn how further to optimise the link between your mental and physical health and by the end you will fully understand your values and identity and be clear in your purpose.
