I’m Claire. I’m a movement specialist and a UK Qualified Physio with 20+ years of clinical experience under my belt. What I do is identify sub optimal movement and help people become better movers.   

We are designed to move, to be fluid and strong. To run, to jump, to climb, to move with freedom. – It’s not always easy, but that’s why I do what I do. I help people to find that freedom. Whether you’re an athlete, parent, grandparent, or an average Joe if you can improve your movement it will improve life.


I'm a UK physiotherapist with 20 years of clinical experience, a movement specialist, trail runner and mover.  I genuinely love movement, it fascinates me I'm amazed at what we are all capable of when we move efficiently with purpose.

A Typical session

It all starts with a physical WOF and depending on your needs it can go any where from there; from long term coaching to injury rehab.  I believe that long term physical well being comes from a deep understanding of your body. Find out the options of how I can help.
