Employee Performance.

1 HOUR // HALF DAY // FULL DAY

For businesses who are aspiring to demonstrate their positive sustainable performance in any aspect, whether financial or environmental you need to ensure that the most important asset - namely your people are functioning at their best.

A natural continuation of investing in yourself and your leadership is to bring the lens of personalised sustainable performance to the whole staff team.

People want to love their work and to have meaning, purpose and satisfaction. So finding out how you can give them these things is essential. This is done by discovering the dynamics of your people and understanding what they need to become sustainable people within a sustainable team. The Applied Movement Employee Performance program helps organisations to achieve this. The program can be broken down into three parts;

3 Stages:

1. Introduction and data collection:

Introduction of the programme to the team with a fun interactive presentation or workshop where staff learn about the benefits of understanding their biological code.

Group sessions to create individual profiles with fun practical assessments where people immediately discover things about themselves and can be proud of sharing.

This also creates meaningful baseline data for the health and sustainability of your staff team.

2. Enhancement strategy

Having introduced the personalised profile, a series of workshops are offered to support taking action on it. The series provides motivation and challenge with team building while also increasing the alignment of each individual to their best way of doing life and work. Areas included: personalised mental fitness, nutrition, exercise, timings of tasks, sleep hygiene, environment, socialising and more.

At the close of this stage that may be a 30day sprint, a 6 week activation or 3 month deep dive we reassess the baseline data and celebrate the improvements gained.

3. Mastery

Ongoing sessions provide key touch points for continued progress and development for your staff to understand their unique biology and natural brain function. This includes standalone strategy sessions, individual and group training and coaching sessions.
