 What’s covered in The 5 day Challenge

    • By diving deep into self-awareness exercises, participants will gain a clear understanding of what makes them unique. They’ll also recognise why a personalised approach to growth is essential, giving them the confidence to create goals aligned with their values.

    • Participants will learn how to visualise their future in a way that reflects their true desires and passions. They’ll craft meaningful and realistic goals based on this vision, ensuring their actions are purposeful and aligned with who they are.

    • The group interaction allows them to explore and refine their goals further, ensuring a personalised and measurable approach to success.

    • The focus on uncovering unconscious beliefs and self-sabotage patterns will help participants identify the mental roadblocks preventing them from achieving their goals. Through specific exercises and group interaction, they’ll walk away with strategies specifically designed to overcome their personal obstacles.

    • They’ll also develop a "Mind Mantra", a personalised affirmation that accesses unconscious beliefs to reinforce their growth thinking and overcome negative thought patterns.

    • With a personalised look at chronobiology and time management strategies, participants will learn how to optimize their productivity based on their unique biological rhythms and energy levels.

    The time audit and scheduling exercises help them create a time management system that suits their lifestyle, improving their productivity while aligning with their personal flow.

    • The final day focuses on creating sustainable accountability structures. This ensures that even after the challenge, they have support in place to keep progressing toward their goals.

    • They’ll celebrate and reflect on their growth throughout the challenge, ensuring they leave with a clear plan for continued development and actionable steps for the future.

Is this REALLY live?

Yes! From September 27th- October 4th, 2024, Claire will be showing up LIVE and interacting with all members of the challenge on Zoom. There will be live teachings and coaching happening each day throughout the 5 day challenge.

When and where does the live coaching happen?

The Introduction Zoom call will happen on Friday 27th at 3:00 pm and repeated again on Sunday 4:00 pm. Each day of the Challenge from Monday 30th Coaching will happen daily on Zoom from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon NZT. Be sure to check your local time zone to avoid missing out!

No - this challenge is absolutely free.

Will there be a recording?

Yes! All live calls will be recorded and dropped into an email to those who commit to the challenge.
